老先生與服務生

老先生常到一家商店買報紙，那里的服務生總是一臉傲慢無禮的樣子，就連基本的禮貌都沒有。做事追求效率固然重要，可是缺乏禮貌一定會流失客人，沒有了客人服務速度再快，又有什么用？

  朋友對老先生說，為何不到其他地方去買？
